Always misses orders whether it be busy or late, seems like app orders get prioritized; in store orders get missed or severely delayed. Dont bother ordering in store, just use the app. The time to collection is consistently night and day.

I watched the male manager on duty going through the ordering on the kiosk patiently with a customer. The outlet has been renovated since the last time I came here. It looks a lot better. I felt that the lights were a bit gloomy previously and it was messy to be looking at the service crew preparing the food. They can now prepare the food in peace without any customers staring at them. I like how the outlet provide jobs for the elderly, as the server and the ones at the counters are all elderly. I spent $4 for chicken muffin and coffee and managed to redeem a hashbrown using my points.

Bought Hershey ice-cream cone today, 20 Jan 2026, 8.37pm. Damn soft ice-cream (melting when handed over to me). Almost like milk-shake texture! Had to threw it away after few tries! Luckily only $1.70. Could be machine spoilt or temperature not adjusted correctly. PLEASE DO NOT GET ICE-CREAM UNLESS YOU PREFER THAT KIND OF TEXTURE (melting as soon you received it). Not that MCD cares. but maybe good to share with others!

please teach your workers how to read orders missing pie fries and drinks and they just put my order there. if not for me checking i would have went home with 2 burgers. person at the counter could not understand that i was missing orders and had to check with a manager.
