TLDR; food is decently good, will not disappoint We ordered the following: 1. Seafood cream mafalda pasta - the pasta was well cooked to al dente with a good bite to it. The sauce was creamy with a hint of spice (not spicy for non-spicy eaters). The pasta was paired with prawns, squid and clams. I did find the clams slightly unfresh and fishy. Personally, I found the dish a bit too jelat but delicious nonetheless 2. Milanese chicken chop, truffle mash, wedges - the chicken chop is deep fried so it’s more of a deep fried chicken cutlet dish. We had it with wedges and truffle mash for a top up of 1.50. The chicken was fried perfectly, while it looks brown on the outside, skin was crispy, meat was juicy. The wedges were very delicious and maintained their crisp throughout the meal. Their truffle mash was pretty much regular mash topped with truffle oil. Taste exactly what u expect it to be! 3. Caesar salad - I enjoyed their Caesar salad, vege was fresh but it was missing the egg? Maybe they forgot the egg 4. Meal set of soup and ice lemon tea - we topped off our meal with the set. You could choose between mushroom or tomato soup. We had the mushroom soup which tastes pretty good. Very earthy and creamy, not pungent at all. However, it was of a very watery consistency which did throw me off a bit.
Nice chill place, quite quiet not a lot of people on a sunday night. Food is not bad. Got the lamb shank pasta and the prawn risotto. Mushroom soup is quite good, quite strong dairy taste. Service is good, can ask for more cheese, the waiter will help grind more cheese for you.

Visited Mamma Mia Trattoria, Tampines 1. The branch seemed a bit short-staffed, so we waited 20+ mins for a table at peak dinner time, but the staff were friendly and did their best. I had the Truffle Mafalde Pasta with chicken—creamy, flavorful, and delicious! The mushroom soup was tasty too, though a bit watery. Loved the music and overall ambience. Great dining experience!
