Ordered the yirgachaffe latte. Asked to add as it was not cold enough for me. The 2 female staff on duty said they cannot give ice as the drink dies not come with ice. This is the best service you can get when they turned down such a basic request.

I only wanted to buy a coffee but the cashier is really unhelpful. She even asked me to register! And i did told her i dont to register as it is taking me forever to register. She still insists for me to order online and key in my credit card details. Why are you making my life difficult?

A wild bird ate my bread while I picked up my drink but the staff was very helpful as they chased away the bird and replaced with a new bread.

i love coming here to relax and have a cup of coffee but the staff here keeps talking very loudly and laughing at the top of their lungs. even with my headphones on it is very distracting and pretty much destroys the atmosphere. i’m all for a fun and lively shift experience but this is public nuisance at this rate.
