Great find for the pork liver dish! The soup version has a velvety texture coating the thick cut liver, and it is cooked al dente with the blood oozing out. Dry spicy version give a spic twist to the flavor but similar texture. $8+

I’m surprised by the generous servings and variety for the Bak Chor mee at $6.80. The pork liver was thick with a perfect texture, not overcooked or too bloody. Very hearty meal
