Opening hours is at 8am, but when I came at 8.45am, a note said it opens at 9.30am. Very disappointing.

Kopi & tarts at Our Tampines Hub hit the spot! Perfect for takeaways, and their big tubs of iced coffee and tea are refreshing. Don't miss their egg tarts - yum!

Waited more than an hour and still staff did not come back from break. Also would be useful to indicate what time staff would be back from break. Please close the shop and do not leave food unattended for so long if staff urgently had to leave for more than an hour. Wouldve given 0 star if possible.

I’m a regular customer of Kopi & Tarts, but this outlet’s iced lemon tea was extremely disappointing. The taste was poor and far below the usual standard of the brand. I hope the management will look into quality control and product testing before serving customers.

Their egg tarts are buttery and densed type. Between chocolate and original, I prefer original because of its aroma, less sweet and jelat. The chicken pie is decent, the skin is fluffy, and the taste is slightly gingery or peppery. I'm …
