This ice lemon tea was a delightful treat! The tea itself was brewed perfectly – strong enough to taste but not bitter. The lemon added a nice tartness that cut through the sweetness without being overpowering. The ice kept it refreshingly cold for a long time. Highly recommend!

After lunch I ordered hot teh with less sugar. Overall taste is good but certainly not the best. It costs only $1.10 for a small cup This price is reasonable. Service is fast and there is always a queue, perhaps due to the affordable prices. I'll try their breakfast set another day.

Popular kopi tiam located at the corner facing the open atrium — easy to spot with a nice open feel. Fast turnaround even during the crowd & good value for money, with Kopi C & teh at $2.50 👍

This is at the L1 hawker corner stall. I wasn’t expecting much when they charged me $2.20 for a breakfast set (Ntuc Member), but to my surprise it’s actually really good. I would say… almost wang or yakun standard. I highly recd this set. The lady is a bit grouchy, maybe the profit margin is too thin.
