Beware this express will keep you waiting for 20-30min for order. Best to order early over app. Need to ask 3 times to get unfriendly reply from staffs, pls sympethize as they look overloaded

One of the male cashier was super friendly and helpful in regards to question for koi membership card. He went out of his way and took initiative to transfer my balance old koi card to the new one when he knows it’s expired. Kudos for making my bubble tea experience into a 5 star! Thank you

Well there's a reason this is the nation's favourite. In this hot weather, whatever is your taste - they've got it. And with great flavours too. This was my first time trying the bubbles, which are sago balls. And couldn't complain. Will try the aloe Vera next.

Absolutely disgusted by the waiting times . If ya wanna a quick fix , don’t bother order . I been waiting for 15 mins and it wasn’t even halfway my turn yet . This outlet is one of the worst waiting time I ever encountered .

Waited 20 mins for 2 drinks because staff was too busy catering to online orders. There were no other people at the outlet. Guess staff were unable to prioritise one customer waiting with 3 month old baby. Those who order drinks were not even there yet🙄 …

Service was extremely slow , pearls are constantly out of stock ( need to wait 20 minutes ) I’ve visited here 5 times in a month and not once was I able to get pearls … guy working there isn’t friendly , definitely can be better
