Boughht 4 polo bun with 2 chocolate and 2 Hokkaido last night. Ate the bun on the next day and found out 2 Hokkaido bun have no filling at all. The chocolate filling is very small portion too. Was very disappointed with the experience.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Ms Alicia attended my questions patiently. She always took the initiative to provide paper and pen to leave a note when she found out i was buying the tarts for a friend.

Bought a Signature Sourdough from the new store and like it very much, was surprised when I revisited the store at Tampines Century Square to try the Cheese sourdough. The staff are courteous and helpful. Very pleasant customer service makes one wanted to go back again.
