Hello, i having late lunch today at Jollibee PLS. I asking chilli sauce this staff in the picture and how she pass the sauce to me very rude until sauce drop on the floor. Very bad service

I ordered 2 spaghetti set takeaway however, when i reached home there was no spaghetti. What make it worst was i try to email them yet did not have any response for 2 weeks

I frequent this outlet several times Used to be better but somehow I felt the chicken is not as nice as before. The original tasted kind of strange Service felt mixed up. We waited quite long. Several people ordered after me was served Staff were on the ball and cleaner uncle was really friendly and pleasant

i really love the food even in PH. The atmosphere was quite negative due to our negative experience also, specially the staff named BETTY. She has poor customer service that we are just asking only but do not answer instead she just go at the back and left us. Its just so sad to see like this coz i myself never do this in others.

Worst Jolibee outlet I have ever went to. For one, there is no return tray section which makes the tables dirty and full of the previous dinners’ leftovers. And 2, I can tell the management is really bad due to the lack of cleaning tables and clearing of the previous dinners. Never coming back to this outlet ever.

Ordered the original and spicy fried chicken for takeaway. Love the Spicy crispy fried chicken better than the original version. Service was fast and didn’t wait too long. Comes with Jollibee chicken gravy dips. Highly recommended to try out this famous Filipino fast food restaurant for its excellent friend chicken.
