Agreed with the rest customer service can be improved. Years back service used to be good. However encountered a few times in recent months, staffs are unhelpful and very unfriendly (black face and irritated look when accepting order)

There was a customer who was angry at the cashier staff but the staff was calm and spoken softly towards the customer explaining the issue yet the customer just left with disappointment on her face i have a feeling that the negative reviews are just customer that has anger issues.

Very yummy drinks, friendly service. Didn’t have the advertised mango pomelo drink at 7pm, a tad disappointed. Will visit again though. Drinks very affordable & gives a stamp card to get free drink after 10 drinks

I got the mango sago pomelo and it was so refreshing and the mango tasted so fresh 😋🥭 . With the crazy hot humid weather, is the perfect drink to get and is available in both in the medium and tall size. Really recommend this drink😬😬 …

Great service from the cashier with specs clear my doubts about the stamp cards service was fast and drinks are nice and affordable

Have been buying itea for many years. Never once were the staff friendly or smiling. But today, the guy staff E (couldn't see his name tag, too small) greeted us and took our order with a smile. Hopefully more itea staff can be as personable as him. Great job, E!
