The restaurant is actually housed in this mall called the Festive Mall. It is just next to the entrance. There were plenty of seats. The food was served quickly and others (condiments, plates) were self service. The signature is the bee hoon but many, including us, ordered the rice too and it was good.

Very friendly and kind service staff! Portions were generous for the price. We got 3 mains, 3 sides, and 4 drinks for ~$52 using the Bupple Beyond 30% off deal. Amazed at how the chefs manage to prepare so many dishes in a small kitchen, hats off to them!
