I disagree with the stall being on the Michelin list. Sampled again today & found the fishballs to be overly soft (suggesting too much water used), lacking in fish flavour, & unnecessarily salty. Their “her giao” (fish dumpling) was not velvety at all; perhaps overcooked

Ordered a bowl of fishball and fish dumpling soup $5. Fishball is the soft version, no bounciness as compared to others, thus it depends on your preference. But I love their fish dumplings, really really good. Just something hot and yummy to go with my CKT when in this hawker Center.

Fish balls definitely made in house. The fish balls are soft and spongy compared to the commercial ones. When cut open it reveals pink texture. …
