Poor customer service! The price for Ho kee Pau generally is a little higher , it’s still affordable but the service truly need to be improve!

Rude Cashier!! Because of not buying what they offer, being told by the elderly Cashier ‘ Don’t Have Money’ in Chinese in front of me thinking I don’t understand Chinese. Lowest standard ever in my life. Never buying again.

Very bad experience with the sales person. She is an Indian looking lady who speaks good Mandarin. Complimented her on her language skill and got shouted by her and showed bad attitude. Won't buy from her again. Mood Spoiler.

Today 06/06/2021. nam kee siew mai was doing promotion $0.80 for 2. So i when to the shop. In queue I swip the button. So the aunty don't want let me to claim. Said that we will lie. So the app only can buy one qith the code. Not even taking code. How inefficient? Don't understand at all. Try to cheat consumer?
