The price has been increasing. For $10.70 for a plate of Mee siam, toasted bread and a cup of coffee, I find it rather expensive. The serving of the mee siam was rather small. There was a very thin spread of Kaya on the bread too even though the butter slab was generous. Nonetheless, food tasted great.
After being away for several months, looked forward to this but it was disappointing-laksa was extremely saltish. Teh-C was ok, Banana cake sweet. Maybe need to eat laksa in tandem with the cake to offset salty, sweet taste😂. Will stick to ordering their toast. …
Ordered the Kaya butter toast set a couple of times. Price has increased to $6+ now. Tea was good. Toast had a weird stale taste to it every time I visited. Maybe it’s not fresh bread anymore. Eggs were on the smaller side. I got served raw eggs the last time I went, but staff helped to change it after my feedback.
