Haven't tried this stall for many years. Missed seeing the Lao ban niang. Tried the fish soup bee hoon $5. If you like old school fish soup, this soup is for you. Still flavourful. Used to have more bittergourd slices though. Sambal chilli is very spicy though.

The sambal fish head is as good as ever. Operating days dependent on the owners whim and fancy. Went there a few times according to their operating hours and it was closed. My opinion is depends on your luck!! Happy eating!

28/2/26, order fish soup $8/- with another $1/ for the rice. The soup is sweet with small slices of fish bitter grout and some vegetable. I like as the soup is very hot and well cook. But at this prices it is not the best fish soup I had.
