I asked to change for another drink after sipping a few sips of oat milk coffee but was rejected. Honestly I feel rejected by your staff and thought that she could kindly offer another drink that will be more suitable for my palate as a gesture of goodwill so I can visit again. I think this will be my last visit to green dot after my experience at Bedok Mall.

Passed by this outlet and was greeted by their friendly staff so decided to order some desserts and drinks to try. Service is standard QR code scan to order & food were served by their staff promptly. The desserts are great & reasonably priced. Highly recommend :-)

Staff is extremely Friendly and the food is nice considering it’s vegetarian. Highly recommend the Rendang Mushroom. The bento is worth it. Member sign up also gets 20% off which makes it worth it for the price of two bentos.

A vegetarian outlet served by a team of amazing seniors. Serves a good variety of dishes. There will be something for everyone. Food portions are abit small. Not much seatings, so be prepared to queue during peak period.

The shop in Bedok is quite small but they are efficient in service. The quality of food is good and we enjoyed the mushroom rendang, tofu and brocolli paired with a. Bowl of brown rice.

Here we go. This is me and my husband's 2nd visit to this outlet. My husband likes Greendot so we often eat at any nearby outlet (most of the time at Paya Lebar). Our first visit to this Bedok outlet a few months back wasn't pleasant, as the gyoza they served looked squashed up and messy. I'm Japanese and Greendot food is not cheap, so I couldn't just let that pass. I talked to the staff and they made us a new one (which looked better, but still out of shapes) so back then I decided not to write a review and just forget about it. Today (January 20th, 2026), we visited at around 7pm and there was a queue at the cashier. I started queue up and my husband went to get us a table. Last time we visited, we did the same, we get a table then buy food, so as at any other Greendot outlet. However, as my husband was walking back to join me at the queue, the auntie staff said something to him in Chinese in a loud tone of voice in front of people in the shop. I did not understand as I'm not a Chinese speaker, but I could feel that she was scolding him. My husband is a soft person and rarely gets angry, and this time it got to his nerve. Turns out the auntie staff told him to buy food first then get a table. Honestly I thought she was right, BUT she should not use that loud tone of voice (like scolding a child) to a customer. We paid for our meal and were walking to our table, the auntie kept insisting us to sit on a table assigned by her, when there is clearly a table number written on our receipt. What's up with this auntie and tables, seriously? As we were eating our meal, there were a few customers just walked in, got their tables first then went to order later. Did auntie say anything? No. So what is actually the right procedure? Why is there no signage or clear instruction then? Or is just the auntie's ego? Another thing that added to our discomfort is when my husband left the table for toilet, another auntie staff brought the food to our table and said something in Chinese. Again I did not understand so I froze a bit. Then she said in English. I said thank you and thought she'd just walk back to continue her duty, she decided to engage in a little conversation with me. She said "you're not Chinese ah?" I responded "No, I'm not Chinese" Then she said "You look like Chinese" I said "Thanks, but I'm not" At that point I started to feel annoyed, adding up to the stress of watching my husband getting furious. Why does it matter whether I'm Chinese or not? If I'm black or white or brown, will you question me when I can't speak Chinese? Does all east Asian look like Chinese to you? Is Singapore part of China or multi racial/cultural nation? Isn't English the main language here? Why not just speak English so perhaps foreign customers who look like me don't feel uncomfortable? Again, Greendot food is not cheap. So we expect the service to at least be decent. We did not pay that amount of money we worked so hard to earn to get treated like that. Doesn't matter how old the staffs are. They should be professional and responsible for the job they chose to do. Greendot, please train your staffs. This will be the last time we visit this outlet.
