The Oyster Omelette was delicious and tasty. The oysters were big and juicy, just seared and not over cooked and mixed in well with the omelette. The overall dish was flavorful. The consistency of the eggs and the starch was just right with just the right amount of crispiness.

Love love love the fried oysters here. It’s the slightly more crispy type, which is my favourite. The ratio of starch to eggs was perfect. The chili was really good as well, as an accompaniment to the dish. No wonder they close quite early, just a little over 1pm as they have finished selling out.
