Staff were rude and couldn’t understand simple order instructions. When I overheard him telling the cook the wrong thing, I corrected him, but his attitude was terrible. Brought the food home and it turned out completely wrong — not what I ordered at all. Tried calling the outlet but no one picked up. Very disappointing experience.

Area is small but can accommodate quite a number of diners. There was no vinegar nor chilli taste even though I requested for both. Serving is rather small.

Very poor service — the cashier charged extra for takeaway (much more than their takeaway price) and make the receipt disappear in seconds. Seems to be a regular trick here. If you enjoy being overcharged with no proof, this is the place for you

I ordered fishball thick rice noodles. The guy was pretty amicable. But tables are not very clean. Wouldnt come back here often. Food was fine. Place is cheap especially considering its in a mall.

this was a real waste of time, calories and money. I wanted to eat laksa and saw EAT had them. went in, tables were stained and clearly staff didn't wipe them. return tray section were piling up. then the laksa, no hum , no egg. no chili to add, no laksa leaf to add. the laksa was bland, in a bad way. usually the noodles will cling on the gravy but not this case. it was disappointing. please dont go there and support them. there are better options in the mall.

I have ordered a bowl of noodles dry set and a plate of fried dumplings. I requested for some sambal chilli for the fried dumplings but outright rejected by your staffs, not in a good tone. I was told I can only consume the bottle sweet chilli which was not my preference due to its sweetness, that bottle of chilli was also almost emptied. Another couple of customers next table suggested I request more chilli for the noodles instead and consume w my dumplings as they managed to get more sambal chilli on their noodles. Your practice of giving sambal chilli is rigid. In view that I did ordered extra side but was denied while other customers can request more chilli on their noodles without sides Thumbs down for customer experience in your outlet.
