Saw the attractive Sign Board in Tampines Hub Hawker Centre - Day Night Herbal Soup. I grew up with parents cooking all kinds of soup with meals (usually dinner). Hence, I wanted to try the herbal soup served in this stall. I ordered the Pig’s Trotter Black Bean Soup and as the Minced Pork with Preserved Vegetables was on promotion, I ordered a small rice bowl as well. The minced pork rice bowl was pretty plain, somewhat bland, with a small loaf of preserved vegetable minced pork, small portion of boiled cabbages on white rice with sauce. I expected the minced pork with preserved vegetables to be flavorful and with its gravy on the rice, would have made the rice bowl delicious. Unfortunately it wasn’t. Maybe the stall’s focus was on “healthy” meals which meant less salt in their preparation. Well, for $2.80 serving, I shan’t expect too much. The Pig Trotter Soup was cooked well (够火）. Although pig trotter was fatty, the soup wasn’t so oily. The chef had taken efforts to sieve the top layer oil during preparation. Could taste the black beans, red dates and Chinese Herbs in the soup.👍👍👍 So $5 for this serving was good value. All in all, it was a satisfactory healthy meal.
Very stingy with food
Worst ever..I rarely review hawker food because I know it is hard work and long hours in this line of work. But this is really the worst ever I had and experienced be it the attitude or the food.

Soup is decent but the auntie refuse to give more chilli and when u ask for more, she will THROW u a plastic to ask you pack yourself. Definitely will avoid this place if she is working.
