The service staff zhou qi s not very professional. With 3 cups of drinks it is basic that I need a bag as I only have a cross body bag. Other outlets automatically offered samples tea. She only offers to some others.

The staff were very patient in answering my questions and even gave thoughtful recommendations, explaining about their ITI award which makes their tea truly special. The tea itself is excellent with smooth, fragrant and clearly of high quality.
