Always bought cakes from them. The taste is very standard and stable. A never go wrong choice. Sometimes they have seasonal special flavour, it’s worth to try occasionally. And it will never disappointed your friends when it’s their birthday. My personal favourites are strawberry short bread and mont Blanc. One of the best in Singapore. I also love the puffs and milky ice cream.

Extremely disappointed with the branch. Unlike the usual standard where the expiry is 2-3 days, I made the purchase on 31st Dec and I found out that it expires on the same day without been informed. I rarely criticise any shop and this is beyond poor behaviour from a Japanese chain.

Their cakes are very pretty. but dun like they add extra stuff and funny jam inside. so extra and spoilt the taste.

This chaterise franchise does not allow credit card payments. Only cash or paynow. I felt this branch's cakes are subpar. The branch at Tanjong Pagar was much better.
