horrible attitude, and stingray meat was tough and inedible. not fresh at all and dark grey coloured. meat was stuck to the bone and wouldnt budge even with aggressively scraping it.

Ordered the sambal stingray. As seen in the photo, the meat was broken & dry, & unfortunately didn’t taste very fresh, with a smell. The sambal was also different from what I remembered from years ago. A pity that the standard has dropped so much.
