stand here good 5mins and no one wants to serve me, 3 of your staff members just look at me and pretending im not here and busy with their own things. behind me still have 4 groups of customers and we all waiting to order but none of your staff want to take our order. whats the point of opening more and more outlets when you cant even have the right attitude and be professional in it and just ignoring your customers who doing your business. just very bad experience here. please look into it. The drink was fine, but when I collected my order, the staff exchanged a look and laughed while looking at me, which made me uncomfortable. I hope staff can be more aware of how their behaviour comes across to customers.

Fatheen was incredibly friendly and attentive when taking my order. She greeted me warmly and even recommended some drinks. I tried the new Pomegranate series based on her suggestion, and it was very nice! Her service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend being served by Fatheen!
