I came really late on a Friday and thought the stingray was really good! Thought we did wait for quite a while even at non-peak hour. It’s soft and not drying like other stall so I was shock to see such bad rating. I would come back to try other dishes and for the stingray - only $15 and big pieces.

The store is situated at the back of Changi village and the atmosphere is nice. The food ? Not so much. We ordered sambal stingray , baby kailan and requested 3 plain rice. - sambal stingray : sambal clearly not cooked properly , not spicy and it is just literally a spread of sambal over a beautiful fish. The fish the over cooked and you can tell it’s not thawed properly. - baby kailan : over salted raw veggies and uncooked garlic. with sauce, they nicely cut the carrots to look appealing but the taste, not worth it - rice : semi cooked Basically , in my opinion ? Come to the back to sit and enjoy the breeze where the store is located but to eat their food ? Maybe not. You can taste the disappointment of their chef. It is like the chef has no love in cooking anymore. a pity because I am sure this is a legacy store who could have been once popular because . for a stall to have 2 stalls might have meant it was good once before. in my opinion.
