This 7-11 cannot make it ! The counter lady is super unfriendly ! Wonder did the management do something on this despite of the bad comments in the review.

The staff is friendly, and they have a great drink promo for SGD1. However, it's disappointing that they don't operate 24/7.

The 12SGD Sim card was not available, but the 14 SGD one was. The man at the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful and gave me his name tag to open up my sim card slot.

Very bad experience with the lady working here, the two guys are okay but this lady had me fed up today. I'm working near the area and this lady seems not happy doing her job. Rude and unfriendly, I did let her know that her attitude is really bad!

Would give a zero rating. I walked for 20 mins and reached by 10:55 pm and yet they didnt allow me to buy just 1 item. They are supposed to be ooen till 11 pm. Not professional at all.

Visited 5 times on 30 & 31/1/22. Found them closed 3 times although within opening hours. They were unable to sell SIM cards due to their technical issue and directed us to another 7/11 which has been shut for some time. Don’t have high hopes if you visit this franchise outlet.

Bad experience, i am working around this area and i frequently go this 7-11 in particular. The lady working there always seem so fed up or unhappy. Been noticing it as i’ve seen her a few times. Her tone was bad, she did not look like she cared. Terrible customer service.

Eventhough they have good deals, the store lady had a bad attitude. For simple question I asked she replied rudely and I left the store without buying things. If you need customers, be polite
