Bought a 100 plus from the shop, when I open the bottle seems like it’s partially open before, having brown dirt and stain around the mouth area.

I visited the shop on 13 Nov 2019 at about 4:45 pm. After paying for my purchase, I forgot to ask for a receipt. When I returned to request for it 30 minutes later, the cashier said she has deleted all data and thus not able to give me one. So ridiculous!
