Just wanted to share some feedback. I specifically requested no coriander, and had already informed the staff—but the entire bowl of mala still came full of coriander. Really disappointing, especially considering the meal cost $22. Poor service like this affects the overall experience.

Forgettable mala tang experience. Bill came out to be $35 for 2 pax which is too pricey in my opinion. Queue was inefficiently long. Many customers left but because of improper management tables weren’t cleared in time and the waiting time was unnecessary. We had to inform the staff ourselves to clear the tables so we could be seated. The sauce/ condiments station was also so messy and not well maintained. Good selection of ingredients and the soups were flavourful, I admit. But overall experience was pretty bad given the price point, cleanliness, efficiency etc. not to mention the seats are so squeezy! Almost shoulder to shoulder with the next customer.
