42-year-old pandan youtiao stall at Bedok Blk 216, opens 4:30am.
You Zha Kueh is a 42-year-old institution at Bedok Blk 216, famous for its pandan-flavoured youtiao that comes in pairs, just as traditional youtiao should. The stall opens at 4:30 am, serving early birds who want their fried dough sticks fresh and hot from the wok. The pandan infusion gives the youtiao a subtle fragrance and a hint of sweetness that distinguishes it from the plain versions found elsewhere, while the crisp exterior and airy interior remain textbook perfect. Beyond youtiao, the stall also offers other traditional fried dough snacks like hum jin peng and ma jian, rounding out a nostalgic breakfast spread. The stall has been a Bedok fixture for over four decades, and its longevity speaks volumes about the quality and loyalty it commands. It is a must-visit for anyone who believes that the best hawker food is made by hands that have perfected their craft over a lifetime. Visit You Zha Kueh at 216 Bedok North Street 1, #01-43, Singapore 460216. Call 9878 0143 for enquiries. For youtiao with a fragrant pandan twist, this 42-year-old stall is a Bedok icon.Operating Hours

The youtiao, butterfly and others taste good but not at that high rating. The queue is crazy long, as there are many first timers. Overall, it is worth trying out if you are prepared to wait due to slow moving queue.
