Snow Fungus Delight is a stall at Bedok 216 Food Centre and Market along Bedok North Street 1, specialising in snow fungus desserts and nourishing Chinese wellness drinks. The stall is named after its signature ingredient, snow fungus, also known as silver ear or white wood ear, a prized ingredient in Chinese cuisine for its purported skin-nourishing and hydrating properties. The menu typically features snow fungus soup with options such as lotus seed, red dates, and papaya, alongside other traditional Chinese desserts and tonic soups. The stall caters to those who appreciate the traditional Chinese approach to food as nourishment, offering desserts that double as wellness tonics. Snow fungus soup is particularly popular among those seeking a lighter, less sweet alternative to typical hawker desserts, and the stall's focus on this single ingredient gives it a niche appeal at a food centre better known for its savoury offerings. The Bedok 216 setting is a bustling neighbourhood hawker centre, and Snow Fungus Delight provides a refreshing end to a hearty meal. Look out for Snow Fungus Delight when you are at Bedok 216 and craving something sweet yet wholesome. It is a bowl of comfort that does you good.Operating Hours

I'd never thought you could have layers of flavour in a cup of Cheng Tng, but here we are. I got the Peach Gum series with snow fungus which retained the original flavours of the smooth fungus and gum bites. The goji berries in their tea samples were strong in berry taste too! The cup was siew siew dai on average, but components had slightly different sweetness levels: some sweeter, others less so.
