The i12 Katong outlet operated within the Bistro Bytes food court on level 2 of the mall, serving the Katong and East Coast community. The brand was noted for its commitment to importing ingredients from Vietnam to maintain authenticity, and its banh mi in particular drew praise for the quality of the bread and the generosity of the fillings.
