This is value for money satay bee hoon. It does not come with cuttlefish and cockle and therefore lack that depth which comes with a premium plate of satay beehoon. To me, it is something to fill the stomach and not to savour.

The hot porridge is really good with a raw egg. My signature porridge is mixed pork and it comes with pork slices, pork balls, century egg, you tiao. The pork balls has a very strong flavourful taste of fried cuttlefish and is delicious. This bowl really perks up your lazy mornings.
