Crayfish hor fun specialist at Old Airport Road with silky noodles in rich, wok-hei gravy.
Ipoh Crayfish Horfun at Old Airport Road Food Centre elevates the classic hor fun dish by topping smooth, flat rice noodles with succulent crayfish in a rich, wok-hei infused gravy. The stall is known for its velvety broth, thickened to a glossy consistency and flavoured with the natural sweetness of crustacean stock, creating a dish that is both indulgent and deeply satisfying. The addition of crayfish sets this stall apart from standard hor fun vendors, offering a touch of luxury within a hawker-centre setting. Each plate features tender crayfish tails alongside silky noodles, bean sprouts, and a ladle of steaming, savoury gravy that ties everything together. The stall has built a following among food centre regulars who appreciate the generous portions and the distinctive crustacean flavour. It suits those willing to spend a little more for a hawker dish that feels special, as well as fans of wok-hei noodle dishes. Find Ipoh Crayfish Horfun at Block 51 Old Airport Rd, Singapore 390051. Head to Old Airport Road Food Centre for a plate of crayfish hor fun that brings a touch of indulgence to the hawker table.
Wanted to try this stall but it's always closed despite the website stating that it's open. Been there on weekdays between 12pm - 2pm a few times over 3 weeks and it's closed. Wasted my trip. There's no notice or memo around the stall to indicate that it's closed either. Will not try this stall even if it's ever open.

The crayfish hor fun is delicious. Pleasantly surprised about the portion too. Gonna let the picture speaks about my experience.

It was a huge plate at $10. Well worth it in terms of taste. Well cooked and will be back to try other dishes.

For lovers of the famous Ipoh horfun at Hong Lim market this stall is a very close fight! The ingredients are generous, sauce is umami, noodles are silky and chilli is power! Hopefully the queues don’t start building up once people discover what a gem this is!

It’s located at my favourite old airport road. Decided to help the lady to post this location because the horfun and the sauce is legit and nice. Not the owner, but I hope she will huat because the food is really good. …
