Tun Xiang serves affordable Iberico pork Hokkien mee and rich 36-hour broth noodles in Tampines.
Tun Xiang is a local eatery that has made a name for itself by elevating humble hawker dishes with premium ingredients and painstaking preparation. The Tampines outlet is best known for its Iberico pork Hokkien mee, where tender slices of Iberico meat replace the usual pork bits in a dish steeped in rich prawn broth. Equally celebrated is the 36-hour slow-cooked broth noodle, a deeply flavourful bowl that rewards the patient preparation behind it. Beyond the star dishes, the menu includes other local favourites such as prawn noodles and pork rib soup, all prepared with the same emphasis on quality ingredients and robust broths. The modest, no-frills setting belies the care that goes into each bowl, and the reasonable pricing makes these elevated hawker staples accessible to everyday diners. Queues during peak hours are a testament to the loyal following Tun Xiang has built. Visit Tun Xiang in Tampines for Hokkien mee and noodle soups that go beyond the ordinary. It is hawker comfort food raised a notch, without the premium price to match.Operating Hours

Wide variety of food available at reasonable price. Home to 4 Michelin Gourmad stalls (but these are extensions rather than the original stalls). Pretty crowded during lunch time but not difficult to find seats. Cleaning uncle was helpful in securing table as well. Comfortable air con environment.

Came here to try the Michelin Tai Wah Pork Noodle. The food court was brightly lighted and cosy. Tables were clean and seats are plenty. Kopi O was fragrant. Nice place with air con for lunch under the hot weather.
