Iconic halal nasi padang stall at Changi Village since 1968.
Hajjah Salbiah is a legendary nasi padang stall at Changi Village Hawker Centre, operating since 1968 and widely regarded as one of the best in Singapore. The stall is known for its richly spiced rendang, sambal goreng, and ayam masak merah, each dish prepared with a depth of flavour that comes from decades of refinement. Its longevity and consistent quality have made it a destination for nasi padang lovers from across the island. The spread changes daily but always features a robust selection of dishes, including signature items such as beef rendang, paru goreng (fried lungs), and sayur lodeh, all served over fragrant rice. Portions are generous, and the self-serve display allows diners to pick as many or as few dishes as they wish. The halal-certified stall is especially popular on weekends, when queues can stretch as diners make the trip to Changi Village specifically for its food. Find Hajjah Salbiah at Blk 2 Changi Village Rd, #01-04, Singapore 500002. Come early on weekends to avoid the longest queues. It is a must-visit for authentic nasi padang at one of Singapore's most charming hawker destinations.Based on 13 Google reviews

Craved for lontong and tried their Lontong and was satisfied. Food was great and the vibes of her store was homely and clean. Definitely coming back to try other food like rendang and nasi sambal goreng.

My favourite go-to stall for lontong! Love the consistency in quality of food and cleanliness of the stall. Their friendly service and openness to feedback is what makes me a repeat customer, patronising sometimes even more than twice a week.
