My bread had hair in it, besides that also noticed staff touching cake with bare hands before cutting it not a very hygienic bakery. Staff also doesn’t wear masks considering it’s a food place

Overall, the service was good. The cashier who attended to me was very sweet and nice. However, there was one Malay staff wearing a red tudung who showed an unfriendly/black face expression. When I needed help, she did offer assistance but her tone came across as rude. I hope this can be improved as it affected the overall experience
