It is a newly opened hip stop. Of course it will be crowded. Come early for walk ins if you are not keen to queue for half hour on a weekend. Seated at the open air area with fans is not too bad. Scan QR to order. The first few pages of the menu includes 90 min salad bar buffet with about 10-15 items like pasta, sweet potato fries, corn etc. Should you order hot plates, the beef comes in at medium rare, so quickly cook away on the elevated spot on your plate. Staff only appears with your food or to clear as they are very busy during service. The beef cuts are so juicy and tender, worth the wait.
